INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

Kandava municipality has an international cooperation with 5 twincities and 28 countries from Charter of European Rural Communities in order to promote development and growth in cooperations sectors like: education, culture, sport and business development.

 

1.      Saku (Estonia);

2.      Strängnäs (Sweden);

3.      Šilalė (Lithuania);

4.      Ghelăuza, r-l Strășeni (Republic of Moldova);

5.      Lejre (Denmark).

 

Kandava is the member of Charter of European Rural Communities which is an organisation of 28 towns and villages all over the Europe.
